Bring your MEMBERSHIP CARD when entering competitions or hiring facilities.

WEAR YOUR SASH when riding on the grounds or walking your dog(s).  If you are not wearing one
you may be challenged and asked to prove you are a member and if you can't you could incur a fine.

PLEASE NOTE: Members are required to wear MEDICAL ARMBANDS when riding on the grounds.

Junior members confident jumping 2’6-2’9 call Michelle Poyner on 0121 782 5032 to enter for a team.  Juniors jumping 3’0-3’3 also needed for Junior Open team.

We need to identify BRC/Solihull members who since 1 April 2009 successfully completed UK Coaching Certificate Level 2 so please Email the Office if you have done so.

 Endurance GB has set up a new event comprising teams of Riding Club members around the country who are not EGB members but are interested in trying it.  Details Are you interested in the opportunity to be in an Area 30 team for the National Team Jumping competition?  Details

SOLIHULL SUPERSTARS
NEEDS YOU

Following on from the huge success of last year’s Endurance GB Riding Club Team event, once again there is a succession of qualifying events around the country for riders who wish to be part of their local RC Team.  SOLIHULL SUPERSTARS won best turned out and came 6th out of 11 teams so we hope to do even better this year.

 

The 2011 National Final was held at The College Ride, The College Equestrian Centre, Bedfordshire on Sunday 18th September over a distance of 33km.  REPORT

Please note you do not need to own an Arab for this competition as any breed of horse of reasonable fitness can easily do 30 to 35km.  Training, advice, guidance and support will be made available so even if you know nothing about Endurance Riding you will soon learn.  We look forward to hearing from you soon !
