AREA 5 SENIOR TEAM SHOWJUMPING

The Area 5 qualifier at the Club on 18 July was well supported with 8 teams competing for a place in the Novice Championships.

Solihull were represented by Caroline Doody with Grey Grebe, Mel Golby with Moira's Gold, Sarah Robinson with Ruby Tuesday and Donna West with Hio Lookswell.

After 2 rounds the team score was zero forcing a jump off and the team finished a very creditable 3^rd

The Intermediate team comprising Heather Bell on Millennium Max, Caroline Doody with new ride Brandy, Liz Robinson on Quidz In, and Sarah Warmington with Yarningale Magnum also finished 3rd in the qualifier.

Sarah with Magnum went on to win overall and will represent the club at the National Championships in September. Congratulations Sarah and best wishes for Lincoln.

Rebecca Snell and Toni Whitehouse who rode in the support team also both got through to the jump off - well done Rebecca and Toni.
